Regional foods in Vietnam are many and varied.  The south has been influenced by the culinary arts of India, China and France and can be rather spicy.  In the south, the food is always fresh, containing little or no fats and very little is fried. Perhaps the best-known Vietnamese seasoning agent is a fermented fish sauce called Nuoc Man (pronounced nook mon)

Day 1 : Arrival Sai Gon
Our Car pick up and  transfer to Hotel . check in
Day 2 : HCMC
Today : 8.30am - 9.30am  Market visit .9.30am - 10.00am / 3.00pm - 3.30pm: Started by a welcome drink and introduction of "Corner of Vietnamese Traditional Kitchen" with the legend of "Kitchen God" narrated by our englis 10.00am  Participate to "Food preparation" with Chief . 10.30am - 11.10am Enjoy cooking class with selective menu of "Traditional dishes".11.10am - 11.45am Enjoy Lunch with participant's own creation.11.45am - 12.00am .Remittance of Certificate, Handbook with detailed recipes and small gift of "The Saigon Culinary Art Center" will crown the session
Day 3 : HCMC
Drive to My Tho to take our private boat to Turtle Island. Go on a short horse cart ride to a Bee Farm, where we can play with the pythons, try some honey tea, and taste local confectionery. Back to Phoenix Island where you will have a cooking demonstration followed by lunch. Here you will get to try the local specialty of Elephant‘s Ear Fish.
Day 4 : HoiAn
Flight to Danang, short drive to Hoi An. Free day.
Day 5 : Hoi An
Explore the cooking school´s herb-vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoian´s and Vietnam´s well-known dishes, which are mixed of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. Be welcomed at Hai Scout Café at 98 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street by The Chef. .First lesson of buying typical Vietnamese ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson. After the market visit, is 25minutes cruising with the Red Bridge boat on Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. Chance to view local river life. .On arrival, exploring the cooking school’s herb -vegetable garden before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which is the mix of Vietnam and Chinese cuisine. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is firstly demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s before you prepare the same dish yourself. We will later enjoy exactly what we have cooked. Tour then ends by a Hoian river cruise back Hoian town.
Day 6 Hoi an

Day 7 : Hue
This  tour is arranged to let you explore more of Vietnam life with the effected of Royal life, garden house in Hue is one of them. "Garden house" is a typical and unique characteristic of Hue city. you will enjoy the Cooking Class at this restaurant - here you can attend a hands-on cooking class, preparation a classic meal of Hue. Ms. Ton Nu Ha – Golden Hands will demonstrate you.
Day 8 : Hanoi
Visit the Temple of Literature, the Hoa Lo Prison and have one hour on cyclo to discover the local life in the Old Quarter. Tonight we‘ll visit the famed Water Puppet Theater near Hoan Kiem Lake.
Day 9 : Hanoi
Transfer by cyclo and then go shopping at local market. Your job is to buy some herbs and spices for the cooking class. Cooking lesson followed by lunch, the chef will taste and give a reward to the best dish. A little gift and all of the recipes from the cooking class will be given to you as you leave.
Day 10 — Hanoi
Hanoi Departure day.
