  • The lift in the hotel is accessible for wheelchairs
  •  There are proper facilities in the bed room and bath room for wheelchairs such as flat floor, low beds, low sink, separate shower from the bath tub, or long-cord shower to get a shower in the middle of the bath room; a drainage in the bathroom for the water to rain down, a plastic chair for the disabled traveler to sit on while having a shower with the long-cord shower.

  • In Vietnam are NOT available accessible vans like you can find in the USA or in Europe. We use normally Mercedes Sprinter with 16 seats where a seats row has been folded to create the space for 1 manual wheelchair(or maximum 2 small wc). The vans have manual ramp but in some cases the wheelchair will be lifted. Inside there are no systems to fix or clamp the wheelchair.
  • We choose 16 seat vans which have low floor and wide door so more accessible to wheelchairs than other means of transportation. There may be a few vans for 1 group, but there is only 1 guide per group. Each van can carry
  • maximum 2 people on 2 wheelchairs.
  • We choose sightseeing spots which have flat paths, or few and low steps
  •  Every wheel-chaired traveler is required to have a helper to push the wheelchair, either day time only or full time.
