About Vinh Long: Situated between the Tien and the Hau rivers. Vinh Long is 70km from Mytho, 34km from Can Tho and 136km from Ho Chi Minh City. The annual average temperature is 27ºC. Silt from Tien and Hau rivers has raised the level of the field. The majority of inhabitants live on farming, fruit planting and cattle rising. Coming to there, visitors have chance to walk among the trees, relax in hammocks, try all kinds of delicious tropical fruits.

Day 1: Arrival Hochiminh
On arrival at Tan San Nhat Airport, you are met and transferred to the hotel. Ho Chi Minh City is a center of commerce, finance, culture and tourism in Vietnam. This bustling metropolis, contradiction of its northern counterpart, is crowded with bikes and motorbikes, excited by numerous shopping area and sidewalk cafes. If time permits, we stroll around the down town to explore the different local ways of life.
Day 2 : Ho Chi Minh – City Tours
Day tour of some of the City's sites including the bustling Chinatown district of Cholon, the War Museum, Jade Emperor Pagoda and Saigon's own Notre Dame Cathedral.
Day 3 : Ho Choi Minh – Cai Be – Vinh Long Homestay
Our four day exploration of the picturesque Mekong Delta begins with a journey south to Vinh Long with a stop-off at one of the area's unique and spectacular Cao Dai temples. Afternoon scenic boat cruise through the Delta's maze of waterways to discover the region's spectacular scenery, and the local cottage industries and handicraft manufacturing of the, still very traditional, villages. Overnight stay as guests of a friendly local family on one of the myriad islands.
Day 4 : Vinh Long – Can tho
Morning boat trips visit some handicraft Village nearby Vinh Long Town and a chance to see at first hand some of the local cottage industries and handicraft manufacturing before continuing on to Can Tho. Afternoon to explore the town or check-out the interesting Mekong Delta Museum
Day 5 : Can Tho Floating Market – Chau Doc
Morning boat tour through Can Tho floating market and on to the fascinating former Vietcong jungle base of Xe Quit before turning west to the charming riverside town of Chau Doc near the Cambodian border.
Day 6 : Chau Doc City Tour
Day tour of the area including a visit to a floating village, bustling fish market and Cham ethnic minority village. Afternoon drive (cycles for the energetic), along the Cambodian border through lush paddy fields to the sacred Sam Mountain for sunset before returning to Chau Doc in the evening.
Day 7 : Chau Doc Boat Trips – PnomPenh
Back on the Mekong for a morning departure by boat for Phnom Penh. Lunchtime arrival and check-in to a small, comfortable, downtown hotel. Time to relax and an afternoon walk taking in the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda and lively waterfront area.
Day 8 : PnomPenh City Tours
Day tour of some of the sites of Cambodia’s fascinating capital city; the infamous Killing Fields site and the highly moving Khmer Rouge Genocide Museum at Tuol Sleng, the Russian Market and finishing perhaps with sundowners at the famous Foreign Correspondents Club?
Day 9 : Pnompenh – SiemRiep
Up country through Cambodia’s scenic countryside to the small provincial town of Siem Reap in Western Cambodia – our base for the next few days and jumping off point for the nearby Angkor Temple complex. Stops on the way at the famous ‘spider village’ of Skuon, (tasting not compulsory), the rarely visited but well preserved 10th century temple of Kuhananokor and lunch by the Tonle Sap Lake. A dusk visit to the atmospheric ruins of Ta Prom completes our day
Day 10 : Angko Temple And Touring around
Visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King – Afternoon carry on to visit the fabulous Angkor Wat. Watch the sunset from Phnom Bakheng.
Day 11 & 12 Angko Temple touring around
Early morning sunrise at Angkor Wat (optional) – then return to hotel for breakfast. In the same morning, tour the Small Circuit including Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Thommanon, and Chau Say Tevoda. In the afternoon, take the sightseeing the Grand Circuit including Prasat Kravan, East Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan.
Day 13 : SiemRiep – Departure
Free at your own or additional sightseeing until transfer for departure flight.
